Privacy Policy

The short version

Documents you create with our tools are generated in your browser. The data you type into a tool is not sent to our servers and is not stored by us. If you save templates or parties, they are saved in your own browser storage on your device.

Analytics

We use PostHog (EU cloud, hosted in the European Union) to understand how our tools are used: anonymous page views and product events such as "document generated". Analytics runs cookieless and in-memory only — we do not set tracking cookies, we do not fingerprint devices, and we do not collect names, emails, or document contents.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Polar (polar.sh), acting as merchant of record. Polar handles your payment details and billing information; we never see your card number. See Polar's privacy policy for details on how they process payment data.

Waitlists

If you voluntarily leave your email on a waitlist, we store that email for one purpose only: notifying you when the tool launches. We do not sell or share it. To have it deleted, write to [email protected].

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since we hold almost none, this is usually a short conversation — email [email protected].
